Ètliviē̼èd Se (/ˈɛtliv/ /j̼ɛd/ [future] [indigo]) is a subtropical Town located in the Kshizbāj̼ Provence of the Kingdom of Hobben.

The name Ètliviē̼èd Se is derived from the Tauric language, as Ètliviē̼èd Se was founded by Důtsik Edward, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Overview

Ètliviē̼èd Se was founded durring the late 13th century in summer of the year 1195, by Důtsik Edward. The establishment of Ètliviē̼èd Se was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Ètliviē̼èd Se's construction back out of the project. Důtsik Edward pushed on reguardles, and Ètliviē̼èd Se was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Ètliviē̼èd Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ètliviē̼èd Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature stone brick construction with most buildings posessing towers, turrets, dormers, and wide wrap-around porches. An extreem emphasis on decorative features and emblishments can be seen even on the poorest of homes and makes even the most humble of structures seem a bit regal.

Ètliviē̼èd Se is buildings folow an organic layout of narrow flagstone streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks, spikes, and fences to provide some protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. Ètliviē̼èd Se's minimaly adiquite has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.

Before you’ve even set foot into the heart of Ètliviē̼èd Se, you can smell it. The incense. It hangs about the town like a cloud. Monks, priests, and clerics are everywhere, all dedicated to the same god, all preforming the same rituals to bless and anoint building,s streets, people, animals, you name it they are or have blessed it. The same holysymbols is everywhere too. Its on buildings, on people, and even branded into livestock. This town certainly loves its god.

Cultural Notes

Ètliviē̼èd Se's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used has a sleek, linear appearance with stylized, often geometric ornamentation. The primary facade of its buildings often featured a series of set backs that create a stepped outline. Low-relief decorative panels can be found at entrances, around windows, along roof edges or as string courses. It was best known for its use of smooth finish building materials such as stucco, concrete block, glazed brick or mosaic tile. Decorative details can incorporate various artistic or exotic motifs to suit the building's function or the architect's whim. Chevrons, zigzags, and other geometrical motifs are common forms of ornament.

Due to the actions of local Kami, summer is skipped in Ètliviē̼èd Se.
